WORKS OF ART...

Inspiration

Inside every human being is the ability to receive and act upon inspiration. What we feel or how we might value any art created from any inspiration is an individual experience . When Michael Fatali needed doors built for his personal studio he turned to our inspiration. Carefully studying his art, it didn't go unnoticed to Kinsava that Michael's artistic voice in found in a mysterious human connection with nature. His portrayal of the Eternal Voyager served as the inspiration for his studio doors.

Interpretation

Inspiration is the gateway to creativity and artisans find inspiration all around them. But it is art interpretation that challenges most product makers. At Kinsava artisans skillfully interpret theart you select for building your doors.

Petroglyph's are ancient images carved in stone dating back 10,000 to 12,000 years. Inspired by petroglyph's foundin Hawaii, Kinsava interpreted these images and created "The Guardian" a door that dramatically symbolizes the primary purpose of any door.

Culture

Art reflects our cultures and times as nothing else can. Myths and legendsof an ancient culture found on the walls of caves inspire stories of new births, marriages, great harvests and other forms of fertility. Was it the Hopi, Zuni, Aztec or the Ancient Pueblo Peoples who first imagined the Kokopelli. We really don't know? What we do know is that these images first carved on rock walls maybe as far back as 1000 A.D. have inspired joy for millions, and another signature Work of Art.

Kokopelli petroglyph's and pictographs are most often found in the Southwest. But most importantly they are found in the hearts and minds of the people who have been inspired by the Gods of their culture.

Inspiration, interpretation, and culture are part of what we strive to achieve for everyone who commissions us.

Value from whatever culture inspires you, and defines "who you are", is captured when you commission a Kinsava "Signature" Piece of Art. Kinsava Where our Pieces are Art!
